AEW has gained several of its major stars back in recent months, including MJF and 'Hangman' Adam Page. However, there are a few still inexplicably missing from weekly television. One of them is Danhausen, who took to social media today to announce his debut in England.

Danhausen signed with All Elite Wrestling in early 2022 and quickly became a fan favorite. Unfortunately, it's been a bumpy road for the face-painted star. An injury put him out of action for several months last year, but although he's returned to the ring on the independent circuit, he hasn't been seen on AEW television lately.

Danhausen continues to experience new milestones outside the Jacksonville-based company, and he's now set to make his debut in England when he competes against Gene Munny in Progress Wrestling tomorrow, July 28. The 33-year-old took to X (fka Twitter) to make the announcement.

"Danhausen debuts in England tomorrow at @ThisIs_Progress against the Mummy. Flying all day today, land tomorrow morning, vanquish my enemy, eat a banger and bean, fly home. Everyone meet Danhausen [...] Everyone come see Danhausen," he wrote.

Former AEW star CM Punk crashed Danhausen's interview at San Diego Comic-Con

Danhausen made several friends in All Elite Wrestling, most notably Ethan Page and CM Punk. The Straight Edge Superstar took a liking to his face-painted coworker, and the two often share banter on social media.

Punk was fired by Tony Khan in September of last year. There has been speculation about Danhausen's status in the company being affected due to his relationship with the current WWE Superstar, but no reports have shed light on whether that is indeed the case.

The two reunited at this weekend's San Diego Comic-Con. Danhausen was being interviewed by Denise Salcedo when CM Punk shockingly appeared to disrupt the conversation. The two then shared some banter, which you can see in the video below.

It's unclear when or if Danhausen will return to AEW television. He's back on the road after he and his wife suffered a personal tragedy earlier this year, but only time will tell whether he will make it back into the All Elite Wrestling ring.
