Adam Copeland (fka Edge) opened up on his plans after AEW Worlds End 2024. Copeland pitched the idea of a major match for the future as well.

The WWE Hall of Famer made his return from injury at AEW Worlds End after seven months of absence. Copeland came out alongside FTR and attacked Jon Moxley as well as The Death Riders.

After the show went off the air, the former Edge was asked during the media scrum about his plans in AEW for 2025. The Rated-R Superstar said he and FTR were coming after the World Tag Team, World Trios, and the World championships.

"If you can think of a goal, that's what we're going after. They should be Tag Team Champions, I think we should win the Trios Championships, I'm going after the World Heavyweight Championship. (...) So my plan is to go after Jon Moxley in a match that we've never seen before between two guys who are at the top of their field and go out there and do what we do."

Adam Copeland also pitched an idea for a match against Moxley.

"Which is to have old, grinding, gritty, NWA World Heavyweight Title matches-type vibe. That's what I wanna get out of him, and that's what I'm looking forward to, and it's gonna happen sooner than later." [35:25 - 36:34]
