During the latest episode of Collision, a former AEW World Champion teased his return to the promotion after almost four months of missing action. The star who teased his comeback is none other than Hangman Adam Page.
Page has not been seen since the AEW Revolution pay-per-view almost four months ago. He was part of the main event Three Way match for the World Title and ended up tapping out to Samoa Joe. He has not been around since The Young Bucks suspended him following an incident that occurred during the match and has not been seen in any capacity since then.
The Anxious Millennial Cowboy was seen during a vignette that aired during tonight's episode of AEW Collision. The video showed Hangman seemingly reverting to his former gimmick, being a heavy drinker, as he reflected on the occurrences surrounding him in the previous months.
Among the things he looked back on were his feud with Swerve Strickland and his suspension by The Young Bucks. This comes at a time when he was rumored to be the wild card for the Owen Hart Cup Tournament, whom the EVPs have seemingly personally enlisted.
Fans will have to stay tuned to see if he indeed makes his long-awaited return and whether his allegiances remain with The Elite.
