AEW confiscates non-PG sign about Mercedes Mone and The Elite member

AEW recently confiscated a non-PG sign about Mercedes Mone and a member of The Elite. The poster was not appropriate.

The member of The Elite mentioned here is Kazuchika Okada. He and Mone often goof around backstage, and at times, it seems like there is more to it than meets the eye. However, that is on screen only, and nothing should be taken literally.

One fan took it to another level and recently made a sign that said the duo was sitting in a tree and kissing. That was seen as highly inappropriate, and the security guards quickly confiscated the poster. The creator posted it on Reddit and the story behind what happened. The thread has been deleted since then.

While fan signs are good, this one seemed to have crossed a line.

Mercedes Mone gives a prediction on Bayley’s future

Mercedes Mone is very close with Bayley, and they leave no stone unturned when showing their support for each other.

The WWE star was even in the stands when Mercedes Mone made her AEW debut. The TBS Champion has now showered her friend with praise and said she can see her becoming a wrestling coach when she retires.

She wrote about Bayley in a recent edition of the Mone Mag and said

“The subject of Bayley coaching the WWE’s women's roster one day came up in conversation recently. All I can say is that she’s been a natural leader for years and that coaching is something she's always talked about. I see her opening her own wrestling school someday, if not being an actual WWE executive when she hangs up her boots.”

It is great to see one friend standing up for the other publicly despite working for different companies.
