The Los Angeles wildfire has decimated the Hollywood Capital. Amid the chaos and destruction, a top AEW couple marked their safety and sent wishes to those affected by the strategy.
Taya Valkyrie and her husband, John Hennigan (AKA Johnny TV), have been married since 2018. Their romance blossomed during their runs in AAA and Lucha Underground. The couple has been signed to AEW since 2023.
The former TNA Knockouts Champion took to her X and announced she and Johnny had been safely evacuated to a secure place and were doing fine amid the LA Wildfires that happened so unexpectedly.
"We’ve been evacuated, but are safe. Holy s**t this is bad. Pray for LA... It all happened so quickly, absolute nightmare the last 24hrs. But we’re ok," she wrote on X.

Furthermore, Taya Valkyrie revealed that their house was saved and that she and John were trying to help their neighborhood and community. She prayed for the well-being of Los Angeles and thanked the fans who reached out to them.
"Thank you to everyone who has messaged me and checked in. Our house was saved and now just trying to take care of our neighborhood and community. It’s not over yet but we are extremely lucky. The sunset fire was pure insanity. Pray for LA, pray for those that have lost it all and do what you can to help them and the first responders. I love this city, it’s my home, my happy place."
