AEW's latest network partnership is set to kick into high gear this week. It seems that this had already begun, with one of the promotion's top stars already being featured as one of the faces of the company.
Will Ospreay can be considered to be one of the promotion's aces over the past year despite being signed with them for less than a year. He has put on an incredible performance this year as he has not only put on high-quality matches but has been a part of several engaging feuds and storylines.
Max has already begun to advertise AEW as part of their first simulcast taking place this week. They have now put on an advertisement of all their sporting events set to air on the platform. This graphic featured the NBA's Stephen Curry, NFL's Lamar Jackson, NHL's Connor Bedard, and Will Ospreay representing the Tony Khan-led promotion.
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen this Wednesday is set to be the mother of all simulcasts and a show that fans should stay tuned for.
Will Ospreay fell short in ending 2024 with an AEW title
From the moment The Aerial Assassin entered the company, he has cemented himself as a force to be reckoned with.
Two months in, and not only did he beat the likes of Konosuke Takeshita and Bryan Danielson, but had already captured his first title, becoming the AEW International Champion.
Last weekend at Worlds End, he fell short to Kazuchika Okada in the finals of the Continental Classic. The Rainmaker was able to defy the odds and defend his title against someone who has had the best form throughout the entire year.
This still ends up as an amazing year for Will Ospreay as he is a two-time International Champion and someone who has just fallen short from several other title reigns. He'll look to bounce back in the new year. He'll enter only his second year being a member of the locker room, and the possibilities are endless for The Aerial Assassin in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
