Following Christian Cage's mistreatment of Killswitch (FKA Luchasaurus) again by not acknowledging his efforts, AEW has followed Cage's wishes and revealed that Mother Wayne was now an official champion. Last weekend at Collision, the former WWE Superstar addressed the Patriarchy becoming the new World Trios Champions.
He then awarded the two other titles to Nick Wayne and his mother because she had made major contributions to the faction. Killswitch was snubbed and left empty-handed despite being part of the reason the faction was holding the titles.
On the roster page found on AEW's Official website, The Patriarchy was now labeled as the trios' champions. In their render, Killswitch is seen at the back of the photo, while Christian, Nick, and Mother Wayne each have a belt on their shoulder. The same can be said with their profiles.

Christian Cage officially announced how The Patriarchy's next contenders will be determined
After winning the Trios titles, the Patriarchy was immediately involved in chaos as two major factions—the Bang Bang Gang and the House of Black—staked their claim to be their next challengers.
Bullet Club Gold wished for a rematch, while the House of Black had a future title shot that was only pushed back due to The Patriarchy intentionally taking out Buddy Matthews.
With Matthews returning last week, the faction has enough members for the title shot. To settle this dilemma, Christian Cage proposed a match between the two trios, with the winner facing The Patriarchy at All In. Interestingly, he made himself the special guest referee.
Fans will have to stay tuned this Saturday to find out which of the two trios will go to All In and face The Patriarchy. It also remains to be seen how Cage, as the referee, will impact the flow of the match.
