The latest Vince McMahon Netflix documentary has raised a lot of eyebrows in the wrestling community. An AEW personality has also advised the former chairman to "completely disappear" after the release.
Tony Schiavone was the latest to comment on the Vince McMahon Netflix documentary. Vince has been one of the most controversial figures in wrestling. Whether it was his outrageous storylines in WWE or his personal life, Vince has always managed to stay in the headlines.
However, his entire reputation is in the dust currently due to the ongoing lawsuit brought forth by Janel Grant, which resulted in the former chairman getting ousted from WWE. Amid this lawsuit, Netflix published the documentary on Vince. Before the release, Vince took to social media to claim that the editors used editing tricks to distort the story of his life and career.
Speaking on the What Happens When podcast, Tony Schiavone addressed Vince's statement by stating that the former chairman should take his money and disappear from the public eye since he wouldn't be able to restore his reputation.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
“If I were Vince McMahon and had all that money, you know what I’d do? I would just completely disappear. I would take my money and go buy a yacht in the Caribbean and stay there. What are we doing here? It’s over. You won; you got all the money, you got all the fame, you had a great life. Now just relax, enjoy, and stay away from everything. That’s what I would do. I would completely disappear. I would fade away from public life forever. What’s he trying to accomplish? I don’t know what he’s trying to accomplish here. Is he trying to clear up his name, which is never gonna happen? Just enjoy life! Acknowledge that you’re going to have a tainted legacy forever and ever, amen. Who cares?” [H/T: Ringside News]
