While AEW has built a stacked roster over the years, Britt Baker is still considered one of the top names on the list. Her recent decision to put her dentistry career on the backburner has led veteran journalist Bill Apter to share his thoughts on the matter.
Baker has proven herself to be one of the very best in the Jacksonville-based promotion, having had some stellar matches in her run there. After losing the TBS Title to Mercedes Mone at All In last year, she had two more matches before she went on a hiatus. She is yet to return to action.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine hosted by Mac Davis, Bill Apter stated:
"She's a great performer. And this will give her more opportunity to work and she can always go back to dentistry. You know, she has got her license and everything like that. Yeah, I don't see any reason why. She hasn't been wrestling full time for years because her dental career has held her back. So, I would like to see her in AEW full time. I think she is a great benefit to the ladies division in that company and I wanna see her more often." [0:50 onwards]

Why does Britt Baker want to leave her dentistry career for AEW?
Britt Baker recently talked about some incidents that apparently forced her to reconsider her career, eventually deciding to focus on wrestling.
Speaking on DDP's Gauntlet, the AEW star explained that many people were using her dentistry appointments just to meet her, causing problems for her job. She stated:
"It was turning into, like a Comic-Con, where people were coming in, because you can find me. People were coming in and asking for autographs and pictures. And like, they'd schedule appointments, take up appointments slots. And my staff, they were like 'Whoa, we got to make money. This isn't it, this isn't it, Britt.' And then there's just some scary fans. Like, where we had to call the cops, and they were going to come and kill us." [H/T - WrestlingInc.]
