WWE presently might be well-stocked with top talents, but it's always a challenging job to create new megastars. During the latest episode of Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 explained how AEW's MJF had perfectly set himself up for a future spot in the TKO-led company.

MJF recently returned to AEW TV and confirmed that he had not only renewed his contract but also planned on staying forever in Tony Khan's company. Of course, EC3, like many pundits, doesn't believe The Salt of the Earth would be able to avoid WWE, as the All Elite star is still young and could potentially jump ship in a few years.

For now, Ethan Carter III felt MJF was in the right place where he could make a lot of money from Tony Khan. The former WWE star said there would come a time when Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and other main event stars would probably be "winding down."

In that scenario, signing MJF and directly pushing him as a major name would be an option for Triple H and WWE. EC3 explained on The Wrestling Outlaws, as you can view below:

"If I'm looking towards the future, as Vince [Russo] stated, how hard it is to create new talents. Take the money now because the spot would be better a year from now, two years from now, or three. You know, Cody ends up winding down, Roman's taking time away, Drew is winding down, Punk is winding down, and you're going to need fresh legs to throw into the top of the card. So, he [MJF] has probably set himself up very nicely." [From 6:00 onwards]

Former WWE star EC3 hopes MJF reevaluates himself and continues to work on his craft

Promos have been one of the biggest reasons for MJF's quick rise to prominence. The former AEW World Champion has pushed the boundaries on the microphone and often drops expletives on TV.

EC3 said that while MJF had gotten the fans' attention well, the 28-year-old needs to continue reinventing himself and his persona. Carter added:

"That's one problem, too: when you become over in a certain area, and you utilize that, then you sort of fall into complacency and rely on that. You're still getting pats on the back and accolades just because he said the f-word? That's not a great promo. Like so, reevaluating, taking a step back, and looking yourself in the mirror." EC3 called for "creativity in the dialect" used by pro wrestlers. He acknowledged that MJF might already be a great talent, but it was still important for the AEW star to keep going back to the fundamentals if he wished to taste real greatness as a professional wrestler.
