Dutch Mantell unhappy with the way Tony Khan handled Britt Baker and MJF's backstage fight
A couple of weeks ago, Britt Baker and MJF got into a backstage confrontation. It all started when Baker was talking about Maxwell behind his back. However, when Maxwell's girlfriend Alicia Atout told the former World Champion what Baker was saying about him, the Salt of the Earth confronted her.
As a result, Baker was suspended for two weeks after an investigation took place. Dutch Mantell addressed the situation on his Story Time with Dutch Mantell where he expressed his disappointment at the way Tony handled the situation.
"Tony needs to take...and I've said this a hundred times maybe not on this show but if you're going to own a company, take it, run it, take charge of it....No that was his committee doing it [on Tony suspending Britt Baker] and he just said, 'Okay, I don't want to deal with it,' and he didn't want to deal with it. Tony wants everybody to like him, which they like him fine because he's supplying the money." [1:12:49 - 1:13:22]
Britt Baker is set to face Mercedes Mone for the TBS Champion at AEW All In while MJF is set to face Will Ospreay for the American Championship at the same PPV.
