AEW star struggles to recover after being left motionless during Dynamite match

An AEW star took a brutal bump on tonight's edition of Dynamite. The star being discussed is none other than Darby Allin.

The Relentless star has been after The Death Riders for many weeks. Jon Moxley cost him the opportunity to become the AEW World Champion at Grand Slam: Dynamite. Then, The Purveyor of Violence went on to take out Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream pay-per-view. Since then, the AEW World Champion has been trying to take over the promotion.

Darby Allin has been trying to avenge their attacks but hasn't been successful. The faction has been dominating him and Orange Cassidy. Last week, The Death Riders and the babyfaces were involved in a massive brawl. While Jon Moxley's faction was about to be assaulted, they tried to slip through their pickup truck.

The former TNT Champion still chased them and jumped on the vehicle, but Claudio Castagnoli swung his head on the shutter. Later, their match was made official for tonight's Dynamite. The Swiss Superman harshly decimated him throughout the match.

During one instance, Claudio stood on the commentary desk and tossed him far on the tables. Darby Allin didn't move for a movement as the referee continued counting. He somehow managed to get in the ring but was ambushed by his opponent and picked up the victory.

It remains to be seen if Darby Allin stands alongside Orange Cassidy during his match against Jon Moxley at Full Gear.
