AEW is turning the tide as new photos of packed Dynamite conflicts reported attendance issues

AEW is seemingly filling arenas
AEW is a Jacksonville-based pro wrestling promotion led by Tony Khan

AEW has been in the news for a while for relatively low attendance at its shows. However, a picture from the latest episode of Dynamite suggests otherwise.

The Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite was bested by WWE NXT in the one-off Tuesday Night Ratings War. Meanwhile, many professionals and fans expressed concern about the Tony Khan-led company not drawing enough fans at its weekly shows.

The tide seems to be changing, though. MuscleManMalcom recently posted a picture of a packed arena from the latest episode of Dynamite held in Philadelphia.

He also posted a video of Ric Flair making his entrance on the Wednesday night show, which once again showed a packed arena.

The latest episode of AEW Dynamite featured several high-profile names. Tony Schiavone introduced Ric Flair as Tony Khan's present for Sting ahead of the latter's retirement at Revolution 2024.

Flair immediately embraced his old rival upon his AEW debut and praised The Icon's contributions to the pro wrestling business. The Nature Boy, Sting, and Darby Allin were ultimately interrupted by Christian Cage and his allies, eliciting a loud reaction from the live audience.

Flair and Sting have faced each other in numerous matches over the years. The two-time Hall of Famer could be a vital part of The Icon's final run before the latter hangs up his boots next year.

Ric Flair's AEW debut might get WWE thinking

Ric Flair is a WWE icon and has been an integral part of the promotion for decades. However, The Nature Boy is not signed to the sports entertainment juggernaut, allowing him to appear on the latest episode of Dynamite.

The 16-time World Champion's arrival is bound to help AEW gain momentum if he continues to make more appearances for the Tony Khan-led organization. Meanwhile, WWE could also bring back a legend to boost its ratings ahead of a major premium live event like Survivor Series 2023.

Top names like Goldberg have expressed being open to having one final match in World Wrestling Entertainment. Hence, the promotion might bring him back for the massive show in Chicago on November 25.

While nothing has been confirmed, fans of both AEW and WWE will be treated to many memorable events in the final few months of this year.
