Last night's AEW Collision saw an unexpected reunion between two major names of the Jacksonville-based promotion. The stars are none other than the returning Marko Stunt and Killswitch (fka Luchasaurus).
Marko Stunt, Luchasaurus, and Jack Perry (fka Jungle Boy) were known as The Jurassic Express in All Elite Wrestling. The trio were together for several years before Marko Stunt departed from AEW in 2022. The young star returned to the company last night on Collision by answering Jack Perry's TNT Championship open challenge however, he failed to capture the title.
In a backstage interview posted on All Elite Wrestling's X (formerly Twitter) account, Marko Stunt had a brief interaction with his former stablemate.

Marko Stunt and Paul Wight were supposed to have a storyline in AEW
In an interview with NBC Sports Boston back in 2022, Marko Stunt revealed that he was supposed to have an angle with former WWE Champion Paul Wight in All Elite Wrestling. Marko recently returned to the Jacksonville-based promotion which opens up the possibility of the company kicking off the potential storyline.
"There was one and it would have been with Paul Wight though, where me and him had talked a bit about doing an angle, maybe even starting it on Rampage – or not Rampage, but Dark just to see how it gets over but where I’m getting beat week after week and bullied and then he’s on commentary and I’m getting bullied one week and finally he gets tired of it. He throws his mic down and he comes down to the ring and saves me." (H/T: PostWrestling)
Paul Wight rarely competes in All Elite Wrestling however, this story has the potential to bring him back to the squared circle. It will be interesting to see if the company visits the angle in the future.
