A Blackpool Combat Club member gave a surprising four-word explanation when asked why he ended Bryan Danielson’s career. This will surely disappoint the fans.

The star in question is none other than Wheeler Yuta. The Blackpool Combat Club turned on Bryan Danielson last month at All Out and earlier this month forced him into retirement after Jon Moxley defeated him at WrestleDream pay-per-view. Wheeler Yuta, who was one of The American Dragon’s closest allies, also turned on him.

Yuta was interviewed backstage by Nigel McGuinness on AEW Collision tonight when he was asked why he did what he did. The star gave a rather surprising and cold answer.

"For the greater good." [1:54 - 1:56]

Former WWE writer buries Judgment Day HERE

He said that The American Dragon we knew was long gone before he got into the ring at WrestleDream and that Bryan Danielson was taken out for his good. Those are some cold words coming out from someone who was a student of Danielson.

Wheeler Yuta and The Blackpool Combat Club, led by Jon Moxley, have been taking on anyone and everyone in their sights, and the AEW roster will see this as a provocative message. What will happen next is anyone's guess.
