The wrestling world recently reacted to Buddy Matthews reportedly making a huge decision on his AEW future. Matthews joined the Jacksonville-based promotion in 2022, immediately forming an alliance with Malakai Black and Brody King.

Buddy Matthews recently teased his return to AEW programming
Buddy Matthews hasn't been in All Elite Wrestling since the one-year anniversary episode of Collision, where House of Black took on Bang Bang Gang. He suffered a storyline injury mid-match and was subsequently attacked by The Patriarchy in a backstage segment.
The House of Black member recently shared a clip of him limping to the backstage area and possibly hinted at a comeback to the Jacksonville-based promotion with a cryptic message. You can check out his Instagram post below:
"I hear, I see, I recover," Matthews wrote.
The most recent episode of Collision saw The Patriarchy win the trios titles against Bang Bang Gang, and there was a flickering of the lights to end the show, leading to speculation that House of Black was behind it. With All In just over a month away, Matthews' return seems inevitable in the weeks leading up to the pay-per-view.
