Former AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander has been scheduled for a major intergender match against a talent under the WWE ID program. The match will take place outside Tony Khan's promotion.
The WWE ID talent in question is rising wrestler Bryce Donovan. Last month, Bryce registered under the Stamford-based promotion's new program. He has been active on the pro wrestling scene since 2016 and has competed in multiple companies, including AEW, Ring of Honor, and several indie promotions.
Meanwhile, Bryce Donovan has been announced for an intergender match against former AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander. Kris has been a top star in the All Elite women's division for quite some time now, but she recently failed to capture the TBS Championship at the Full Gear pay-per-view.
The official 'X' social media handle of Beyond Wrestling announced that Statlander will take on the WWE ID talent, Bryce Donovan, in an intergender match at the upcoming "Heavy Lies The Crown" event on December 31. The event is set to take place in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mark Sterling will accompany Bryce.

Kris Statlander received massive praise from her AEW rival
At the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view, Statlander failed to capture the TBS Championship after an incredible match against Mercedes Mone.
In a recent edition of her Mone Mag newsletter, Mercedes broke character to offer huge praise for Statlander after their match:
"It might just be my second favorite match of my entire career! Kris Statlander truly impressed me. She embodies strength and determination, and I was blown away by her willpower. She brought everything she had to the ring, pulling out all the stops trying to take me down. Her tenacity was something to behold, and it’s clear that she’s a force to be reckoned with in the AEW women’s division," Mone wrote.
Fans will have to wait and see what's next for Statlander in AEW once she returns to TV.
