The Death Riders took out one of their biggest rivals this week on AEW Rampage. The star Darby Allin has been a thorn in the faction's side for several weeks.

Darby Allin has been determined to destroy The Death Riders and is willing to go to any lengths, as evidenced by how he drove a car into the stable's truck at Full Gear last month. The Daredevil did not lose sight of his goal even during the Continental Classic and saved Will Ospreay from being brutalized by Claudio Castagnoli.
The Swiss Cyborg beat Allin in their C2 bout with the help of some brass knuckles, but the latter retaliated by advising Komander to use the same weapon to pick up a win over Castagnoli on Dynamite on 34th Street, thus foiling his chances in the tournament. Unfortunately, the former TNT Champion faced dire consequences on the New Year's Smash edition of Rampage this week.

An outside-the-ring segment on the Friday night show witnessed Darby being assaulted by Jon Moxley and The Death Riders on a staircase landing. The One True King of AEW directed Castagnoli to horse-collar Allin's neck with a steel chair and viciously stomp down on it. Moxley then proceeded to kick an incapacitated Allin down the flight of stairs.
The Purveyor of Violence is scheduled to defend the AEW World Championship in a four-way match this Saturday at Worlds End.
