Britt Baker has taken to Twitter (X) to respond to a WWE Hall of Famer who reacted to her stunning return at AEW X NJPW: Forbidden Door III. The Doctor came out after Mercedes Mone won her Title vs. Title Match against Stephanie Vaquer for both the TBS Championship and the NJPW Strong Women's Title.
Baker and Mone had a memorable face-off, which successfully laid the seeds for an eventual clash between the two uber-popular athletes. As expected, the wrestling world started to buzz, as it marked Britt Baker's first appearance in nearly nine months. A few minutes ago, WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page, who's no stranger to AEW, shared a throwback picture with Baker to celebrate her return, to which The Doctor was quick to respond.
"Used my @powercuffs while hiding out in my hotel room!" Britt Baker wrote.

Bully Ray wants a heel Mercedes Mone to face Britt Baker in AEW
A few weeks ago on his Busted Open Radio podcast, Bully Ray claimed that if Mercedes Mone were to turn heel, Britt Baker would be the best opponent for her. The WWE legend claimed that since the former AEW Women's World Champion has been a part of the company since day one, the viewers respect her immensely.
"Now, who would you want to see punch Mercedes [Mone] in the mouth if she ever said [that]? The good news is, you'd want to see any female do that to her. But who would you really like to see do it to her? Who's that one female out there in AEW that we might not have seen in a while? Who's the perfect former face of the place to defend the company? The good doctor, D. M. D. Britt Baker. How about that, folks? A babyface, Britt Baker, versus a heel, Mercedes Mone!" he said.
Even at Forbidden Door III, Mone was booed by a large section of the New York crowd, meaning a heel turn could work wonders for her character.
