Britt Baker has finally addressed her shocking return to the promotion at Forbidden Door. She also provided an update on her health status after being on a hiatus for around nine and a half months.

The former AEW Women's Champion has not been seen in a ring since September where she faced Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship.

Tonight, Britt Baker had a chance to address why she was out for an extended period. She revealed that she was indeed dealing with several injuries. However, she added that she suffered from a Transient Ischemic Attack. According to her, this was like a mini-stroke and thus she asked AEW for some time off to deal with it, and Tony Khan gave her as much time as she needed.

She then revealed that she was now cleared by the doctors and ready to get back to business. Her first order of business was Mercedes Moné. She addressed how The CEO has suddenly called herself the face of the company without actually working hard for it.

Eventually, Moné would come out to interrupt her and abruptly hold her double championship celebration and the two exchanged some words in their first ever face-to-face meeting. Baker even dropped a challenge for a match between them at All In, and it remains to be seen whether Tony Khan makes this official.
