Britt Baker sends out a surprising two-word message ahead of AEW Dynamite: Beach Break

Britt Baker made her AEW return at Forbidden Door 2024. Ahead of her scheduled appearance at Dynamite: Beach Break, the 33-year-old star shared a two-word message on social media.

The DMD stunned fans in the UBS Arena this past Sunday after making her All Elite Wrestling comeback, confronting Mercedes Mone following her hard-fought victory over Stephanie Vaquer. Baker seems to have her sights set on The CEO, who is now a double champion, simultaneously holding the TBS Title and the NJPW Strong Women's Title.

Ahead of the July 3, 2024 special edition of Dynamite - dubbed Beach Break - Britt Baker shared a photograph of herself on social media. Taking to X/Twitter, the former AEW Women's World Champion posted a picture of herself in the attire she sported during her appearance at Forbidden Door 2024, along with a two-word message in the caption.

"Miss me?" wrote Baker in the caption.

Baker has been with the Tony Khan-led promotion since 2019, and is one of the most beloved and charismatic "homegrown" stars in the company. She was last seen in action on the September 16, 2023 episode of Collision, challenging Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship in an unsuccessful attempt. It remains to be seen when Baker will step back into the squared circle next.

Britt Baker will make her AEW Dynamite return this week

Shortly after making her All Elite Wrestling return at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024, Britt Baker was approached in the backstage area by interviewer Lexy Nair, who asked about her shocking arrival at the pay-per-view. Baker responded by holding her tongue and revealing that she would talk about the things she had to say on the upcoming episode of Dynamite.

The Beach Break edition of the Wednesday-night flagship show will emanate from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois on July 3, and will likely present the fallout to Forbidden Door. One day ahead of Dynamite, Tony Khan officially confirmed Britt Baker's return to the show. Taking to X/Twitter, the head honcho of All Elite Wrestling revealed that the Pennsylvania-native will appear on Dynamite this week for the first time in 2024.
