Former WWE World Champion Bryan Danielson delivered an emotional promo after winning the 2024 Men's Owen Hart Cup. He passionately highlighted the importance of the high-profile victory.

On the latest episode of Dynamite, Bryan Danielson won the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament by defeating 'Hangman' Adam Page in the finals. Danielson is set to challenge the AEW World Champion at All In on August 25 in London, England.

In an exclusive backstage interview after the match, The American Dragon talked about possibly headlining the upcoming Wembley Stadium pay-per-view and Martha Hart handing him the Owen Hart Cup after his victory.

"Winning the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament and what it means, getting to main event Wembley at All In, I'm proud of what I did out there. I'm proud of winning the Owen [Hart Cup] because Owen Hart meant so much to professional wrestling, he meant so much as far as what it means to be a father in professional wrestling, what it means to put your family first, that's what Owen Hart means. But then also, as Martha was shaking my hand and giving me the trophy, I think we call this Owen Hart Memorial Foundation Tournament but I am just as proud to shake her hand."

Bryan Danielson also praised Martha Hart as a mother, saying he wanted to be a parent like her. The veteran concluded by explaining why he was wrapping up his full-time wrestling career.

"That, Not because I can't handle it anymore, not because I'm not good enough, that because I wanna be the type of parent that Martha Hart is, that's where I'm stopping full-time wrestling. But one other thing that I wanna do before I go, this is important, this is why, everyone needs a 'f****g why,' and this is my 'f****g why'. I am not going out because I can't do this anymore, I wanna show my kids and my family that I could be the best in the motherf***g world. And I'm not stopping because I can't hang anymore, I'm stopping, because I love my family so much." [1:14 - 2:58]

Bryan Danielson's match at All In 2024 is now official

After unfortunately missing last year's All In, Bryan Danielson is set to compete in a marquee match at this year's pay-per-view. The American Dragon will challenge Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Title at Wembley Stadium.

All In is arguably AEW's most-awaited pay-per-view this year. It will also feature Mariah May taking on Toni Storm for the Women's World Title.
