Buddy Matthews reacts after Dominik Mysterio shockingly betrays Rhea Ripley at WWE SummerSlam

AEW star Buddy Matthews reacted to Dominik Mysterio double-crossing his Mami, Rhea Ripley, in a shocking turn of events at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event. Buddy shared a sarcastic post on social media after the betrayal.

Dominik Mysterio has been involved in a storyline with Liv Morgan for the past few months. After Mami made her return, he had to choose between Liv and Rhea Ripley. The Eradicator was set to challenge Morgan for the Women's World Championship at SummerSlam with Dominik in her corner.

During the match, Dirty Dominik shocked everyone by costing Ripley the match and helping Liv retain the title. Following the match, Dom kissed Morgan, betraying Mami, and left the arena with Liv. Meanwhile, Rhea's real-life husband and the AEW star, Buddy Matthews, reacted to the shocking moment.

The House of Black member took to X/Twitter to seemingly ask AEW President Tony Khan if he could help his better half after she got betrayed by Dominik:

"TK can I help Mami real quick?" wrote Buddy.

Buddy is currently signed with AEW, while Rhea Ripley is a top star on the rival promotion, WWE. Only time will tell if they will be seen together onscreen.
