Buddy Matthews shares a post after Rhea Ripley pays a subtle tribute with her look at WWE Survivor Series

AEW star Buddy Matthews shared an interesting post after his wife Rhea Ripley seemingly paid him a tribute. Ripley had a new and different look during her match at WWE Survivor Series.

At the WWE Survivor Series Premium Live Event, Rhea Ripley competed in the Women's WarGames match alongside her team, consisting of Bianca Belair, IYO SKY, Bayley, and Naomi. They faced Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Candice LeRae, and Raquel Rodriguez.

Rhea Ripley made her entrance wearing a mask and attire that looked similar to what her husband Buddy Matthews wears as a member of the House of Black in AEW. Furthermore, Ripley had black paint around her eyes similar to Matthews. The subtle tribute by Mami was noticed by fans on the internet, and they pointed it out.

Buddy Matthews noticed fans comparing Ripley's look at Survivor Series to his AEW appearance. On his Instagram Story, he recently shared a fan's post that contained the following message:

"The IT couple of professional wrestling," the post read.
