Chris Jericho sent fans into a frenzy during the latest episode of AEW Dynamite when he dropped hints about a long-awaited reunion with a 5-time WWE world champion.

In an interview with Renee Paquette, Chris Jericho spoke about the recent attack on him by Powerhouse Hobbs. He was questioned whether he still had what it took to face opponents like Hobbs.

Jericho then mentioned that while Don Callis may have a lot of family members, he has a lot of friends, including some that are even bigger than Powerhouse Hobbs. This led many fans to believe that The Ocho was teasing a reunion with his former tag team partner, Paul Wight, fka Big Show.

Fans on Twitter went berserk as Jericho had trademarked 'Jeri-show' eariler this year. Many believe that this tease is leading to a potential reunion with his former tag team partner, Wight

Check out the reactions below:

Jericho and Wight formed Jeri-Show in 2009, and quickly became one of the most dominant tag teams in WWE history. They also won the unified Tag Team Championship during their partnership.

It's been over a decade since these two powerhouses last teamed up, and fans are excited to see if this tease led to their reunion.

Former WWE Superstar Paul Wight, fka Big Show, recalls what Vince McMahon told him when he joined AEW

Vince McMahon had personally reached out to Paul Wight when he joined the rival promotion of Tony Khan. The Big Show spent over 21 years with World Wrestling Entertainment between 1999 and 2021.

On an episode of Talk Is Jericho in 2021, Wight clarified that he and McMahon parted amicably.

"There's no animosity, there's no heat there at all. He called me, he said, 'Congratulations, you're gonna do fantastic over there. You're really gonna help their company. You have a lot to help here.' It was a very classy, classy move."

However, Wight has not wrestled on AEW programming since last year, and the recent tease by his former tag team partner, Chris Jericho, suggests that the former WWE Superstar is preparing for a return to in-ring action.

It's also important to note that Jericho not only trademarked the term 'Jeri-show,' but he also recently said Paul Wight was his favorite tag team partner.
