Perry is the current TNT Champion. It has been a common tradition since Cody Rhodes first held the title that the champion will often defend the title on the network. After successfully defending his title on Dynamite against Lio Rush, it seems The Scapegoat will once more put this on the line during the upcoming episode of Collision.
Christopher Daniels appeared tonight on Rampage to talk about his time as the Interim EVP of AEW. He revealed that despite being a person of authority, he was also a wrestler. He mentioned how he will be the one competing against Jack Perry for the TNT Championship.

The Fallen Angel has always been against The Elite, whether it has been as an authoritative figure overriding all their abuses of power, or before as talent competing on the roster.
However, Jack Perry has been on a great run recently with his only major loss coming at the hands of Bryan Danielson at AEW All Out last week. It remains to be seen how Christopher Daniels will fare against the star.

Growing up, Enzo admired former world champions like AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, Bryan Danielson, Triple H, and Randy Orton for their finishing moves. As an adult, he started to appreciate their character work, as they juggled between heel and babyface gimmicks.
If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
