Many hearts broke when Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli betrayed Bryan Danielson at All Out pay-per-view. Following the AEW World Champion's victory over Jack Perry, the Blackpool Combat Club shared a moment before the former Cesaro hit Bryan with an uppercut. Later, Mox choked Danielson out with a plastic bag.
On the latest edition of Dynamite, a video pack was shown in which Jon Moxley explains his actions at All Out. He claimed that Bryan didn't have the stomach to see what the new faction was heading toward. He said he was the 'one true king of these lands.' Later, Moxley, Marina Shafir, PAC, and Castagnoli ambushed Private Party and Komander ahead of their six-man tag team contest.
