Claudio Castagnoli has sent a message on social media after Bryan Danielson, formerly known as Daniel Bryan, tried to choke out Jon Moxley. The incident took place on AEW Dynamite this week.

The Purveyor of Violence faced off against Darby Allin this Wednesday in the main event of Dynamite: Grand Slam 2024 in a bout for Allin's AEW World Championship opportunity. Moxley emerged victorious in the match after delivering an avalanche Death Rider DDT onto the former TNT Champion.

After the bout, the 38-year-old star was attacked from behind and choked with a tie by reigning AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson, who sought revenge on his former Blackpool Combat Club stablemate for suffocating him with a plastic bag at All Out 2024 earlier this month.

Danielson's assault would be broken up, however, by the intervention of Moxley's allies Marina Shafir, PAC, and Claudio Castagnoli, who pulled him off of the former International Champion until Private Party and Komander arrived to even the odds. The American Dragon proceeded to declare war on Mox and his allies and confirmed that he would defend his AEW World Championship against The Lunatic Fringe at WrestleDream 2024.

Days after Dynamite: Grand Slam, The Swiss Cyborg took to X/Twitter to seemingly send a message to Bryan Danielson and once again declare his support for Jon Moxley.

"The King Will not Fall," Castagnoli shared.

Claudio Castagnoli was in action on AEW Collision: Grand Slam

Claudio Castagnoli is currently one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions alongside PAC and Wheeler Yuta. Some time ago on Dynamite, The Man That Gravity Forgot called out Yuta for not being in touch with his teammates since All Out 2024, and informed him of their upcoming title defense at Grand Slam 2024.

Both of the former ROH Pure Champion's allies, Castagnoli and Jon Moxley, asked Yuta to honor his commitment to their team, which the up-and-coming star later revealed he would.

According to spoilers from tapings of Collision: Grand Slam 2024 this week, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta supposedly retained their AEW World Trios Championship against Private Party and Komander. The match will be aired on TNT this Saturday.

It remains to be seen how Moxley and his allies will continue their rivalry with Bryan Danielson.
