The 2024 AEW All Out PPV was filled with brutal spots throughout the event. Ex-WWE personality Freddie Prinze Jr. claimed that one spot particularly made him so uncomfortable that he couldn't even watch it.

The spot being discussed happened during the "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland match. The two mortal enemies faced each other in an unsanctioned Lights Out Steel Cage Match, which saw both the stars turn bruised and bloodied by the end.

In the recent edition of the Wrestling with Freddie podcast titled AEW All Out: Syringes, Chair Shots, and a Betrayal, Freddie Prinze Jr. detailed that he felt Hangman Page jabbing a needle in The Realest Star's mouth spot was more gruesome than any other spot in the match.

"I've never seen this in a wrestling match. I don't know if it's happened before. Maybe there's some crazy hardcore company where this is a thing... I had to look away from the screen. I couldn't watch a needle go through a dude's cheek... I couldn't watch this. I legit had to look away... It was so gruesome, which is what they went for, so congratulations. But 48, getting close to 49, and my weak a** couldn't handle it," he said. [From 7:00 to 7:58]
