AEW star Athena (fka Ember Moon in WWE) recently crossed a big milestone. She is the longest-reigning ROH Women's World Champion.
Athena won the ROH Women's World Champion on December 10, 2022, after beating Mercedes Martinez at the ROH Final Batlle 2022. Over several months, she has successfully defended her title against strong opponents like Willow Nightingale, Skye Blue, Red Velvet, Nyle Rose, Hikaru Shida, and many more.
Her recent title defense was against Queen Aminata and she successfully retained her championship at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2024.
That said, on July 31 the former NXT Women's Champion hit a big milestone as she crossed the 600-day mark as the ROH Women's Champion. She is the second wrestler to attain this incredible feat of the longest single championship reign.

Athena is ready to face Ronda Rousey if the latter returns to the ring
Ronda Rousey retired from pro wrestling in October 2023 after she left WWE. But she came out of retirement a few months later. She wrestled a few tag team matches alongside her real-life close friend Marina Shafir. Her last was with Shafir against Athena and Billie Starkz on ROH on HonorClub.
The reigning ROH Women's Champion recently had an interview with Stephanie Chase where she stated that she would love to lock horns with Rousey again if she gets back in the ring. She added that she believes Rowdy Ronda will definitely return to pro wrestling in the future and she would be ready to face her.
In an interview with Never Before Told, The Arm Collector revealed that she retired from pro wrestling (and MMA) due to concussions. She also disclosed that she was forced to keep it a secret for years to compete inside the ring.
