The former AEW TBS Champion, Willow Nightingale, will be honored by one of her previous wrestling promotions where she worked. Willow shared her reaction to the wonderful news before being honored.
Willow Nightingale signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2022 after making her mark on the independent wrestling scene for several years. She has had a decent run in AEW until now, also being the former TBS Champion. Willow made her pro wrestling debut back in 2015 in the New York Wrestling Connection promotion.
Meanwhile, Nightingale is set to be honored with the NYWC Hall of Fame. Willow wrestled in the NYWC every year from 2015 until her signing with Tony Khan's promotion in 2022. The official 'X' (fka Twitter) handle of New York Wrestling Connection announced that Willow will be inducted into their Hall of Fame on October 19.
Willow Nightingale took notice of the wholesome news and reacted to NYWC on 'X' (fka Twitter). Willow wrote the following in her response:

Willow Nightingale is set for a major match on AEW Dynamite this week
Willow Nightingale has been out of the AEW title picture since losing her TBS title to Mercedes Mone at the Double or Nothing Pay-Per-View earlier this year. Nonetheless, Willow is set for a number one contender's match against Dr. Britt Baker at Dynamite: Title Tuesday, as the winner will challenge Mariah May for the AEW Women's World Title.
Moreover, it will be the first opportunity for Willow Nightingale to win the Women's World Title if she manages to defeat Britt Baker. It remains to be seen what transpires on Dynamite this week.
