Controversial AEW star makes Dynamite return

AEW Dynamite saw the return of a controversial star to the fold. This caught the fans off guard, and they looked genuinely surprised.

The star in question is none other than Dr. Britt Baker. The Good Doctor has had an up-and-down time over the last few weeks as she was first suspended after being involved in a legitimate backstage confrontation with MJF and his girlfriend, Alicia Atout.

However, she was later reinstated by Tony Khan, which was obviously not welcome news to Mercedes Mone. On AEW Dynamite, Baker finally made her return, and this time, it was after Mone defeated Hikaru Shida in what was a successful defense of the TBS Championship.

Baker managed to fool Kamille and have her distracted while she herself came to the ring through the live crowd. She then went after Mercedes Mone and almost managed to apply the Lockjaw before The CEO was saved by Kamille.

The former AEW Women’s World Champion then picked up the TBS title that was lying inside the ring and hoisted it high in the air in her bid to send a message to the former WWE star before their all-important match at Wembley Stadium on August 25.
