A controversial AEW star seemingly took a shot at CM Punk on Collision. This was so subtle yet so consequential to the WWE Superstar.

The star in question is Max Caster. The Acclaimed were targeting the new AEW World Tag Team Champions, Private Party in their backstage interview with Renee Paquette. They first started off by congratulating the new tag champions.

Later on, they warned Private Party not to rest on their laurels as they would be coming for the titles very soon. Then, Max Caster took over the microphone and this is where he seemingly took a shot at CM Punk.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

The 35-year-old star then said that Private Party was still new in AEW and that the fans had not taken to them yet. He then took out some friendship bracelets and said that if they were indeed as big as they thought they were, they would have friendship bracelets with them.

This was of course in reference to CM Punk and his blockbuster rivalry and string of matches with Drew McIntyre over a bracelet that a fan had made for him, which bore the names of his wife, AJ Lee, and their pet dog Larry.

It will be interesting to see if Punk responds to Caster's subtle dig at him in the future.
