A top AEW star has just urged a major faction to split up. This follows some unrest and disharmony among them that has been going on for some time now. The notion came from Max Caster.
Despite not being exactly at the top of the tag team and trios division, Top Flight is a group that has been constantly trying to push themselves to the top. However, Lio Rush and Action Andretti have hinted at going in a different direction from the group. This has caused an internal conflict, and a match between them has been booked so they can settle things in the ring.
On X/Twitter, Max Caster of The Acclaimed reacted to the announcement that the members of Top Flight would be facing each other in tag team action on Saturday during AEW Collision: Winter is Coming. It seems that he has grown impatient with them and has said outright that the faction should just split up instead.
"OMG, just break up already!!!" said Caster.

Another AEW faction could split up soon as well
Before there were teases of Top Flight splitting up, another popular faction found themselves in a confusing scenario. This would be The Acclaimed.
The former AEW World Trios Champions have not found much success since dropping the titles, and this may be getting to them. A while back, they were approached by The Hurt Syndicate as they looked to recruit them. Anthony Bowens immediately turned them down, but Max Caster seemed to be considering this.
Ever since that moment, the relationship between Caster and Bowens has seemingly been downhill. At AEW Full Gear a few weeks ago, the duo competed in a four-way match for the world tag team titles. Right from the entrance, things were off, with them not being on the same page. These moments cost them the match.
Anthony Bowens took to X/Twitter to share a photo from their match at Full Gear which showed that things were not okay within The Acclaimed. This could be a hint at a potential split up in the future.
A split up between these two factions seems to be the direction that AEW is headed toward. An interesting similarity between the two groups was how a certain member of each concerned faction was given a Hurt Syndicate business card by MVP. It remains to be seen whether this detail will play a part in these two respective storylines.
