A current popular WWE Superstar had a back-and-forth with Kenny Omega on social media. These two men are rivals in more ways than one.
Xavier Woods has become an accomplished tag team wrestler ever since forming The New Day with Kofi Kingston and Big E. Together, the three of them have won multiple tag team championships making them one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history.
However, in recent weeks, things have not been looking too good for Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. Woods lost his cool with his tag partner this week on RAW after suffering a loss. This played a role in his recent interaction with Kenny Omega.
Omega took to social media to say that he was having dinner with Katsuhiro Harada who is the game director of Tekken. Woods took this opportunity to call out Omega for being bad at Tekken and the AEW star hit back at his contemporary by saying that he may have lost once or twice to Woods in Tekken but he is far better in Street Fighter V.

Xavier Woods then lost his cool and stated that he had a job he was trying to keep. He also challenged Omega to another game.
"Ok 3 things Says stop living in the past and then brings up an even older moment... DIGITAL E**MA should be an illegal phrase. I know you're at home but some of us have jobs we are trying to keep! If you so bad then get your goofy a** back to the states & come run the set!"

Kurt Angle recently praised Kenny Omega
Kenny Omega earned the moniker Best Bout Machine during his time in NJPW because of the stellar matches he was able to consistently deliver. This made him one of the best wrestlers in the world and raised the bar for what it means to be a great professional wrestler.
During a recent virtual signing at K&S WrestleFest, Kurt Angle praised Omega by saying that he can have a great match with anybody.
"I love Kenny Omega, I think he’s a great talent. He can have a five-star match with just about anybody, the kid’s really well-versed. I didn’t know about his injuries but man, I saw the one match with him and [Will Ospreay]. That was a match to remember. They really lit it up that night."
Kenny Omega is currently out of action due to diverticulitis. He is recovering from the illness and it is uncertain when he will return to in-ring action.
