Danhausen reacts as former AEW star wins his first title in WWE

A former AEW star won his first title in WWE and that prompted a reaction from Danhausen. The enigmatic star did his best to stick to his character as he sent out this message.

The star in question is none other than Ethan Page. Page was an up-and-coming star in All Elite Wrestling and was seemingly destined for big things. However, he departed the promotion after his contract came to an end sometime back.

That left many fans surprised and he joined WWE soon after. He made his mark in WWE NXT and has been slowly rising through the ranks. That came to a culmination at NXT Heatwave Premium Live Event tonight where he picked up his first title in the form of the NXT Championship as he defeated Trick Williams, Shawn Spears, and Je’Von Evans in a four-way dance.

After the match, Danhausen took to Twitter and posted a gif of him and Ethan Page. In typical Danhausen fashion, he did not write anything and only let the graphic do the talking. It will be interesting to see what is next for the former AEW star in WWE and how this win will benefit him moving forward.
