Danhausen has been spotted with another popular WWE icon amidst his long hiatus from AEW. He also showed off a new look inspired by the legend he was with. This would be Mick Foley.

The Very Nice, Very Evil star has been one of those unique and peculiar names on the promotion who has risen to popularity over the past few years. He has not been seen since the Worlds End pay-per-view last year, where he made a brief appearance during a Battle Royale held during the Zero-Hour pre-show. He has been constantly spotted around the independent circuit and during some wrestling conventions.

On Instagram, Danhausen posted a picture of himself with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley. He also embodied one of Foley’s most popular personas, wearing a Mankind mask. He hinted at the legend also embodying another one of his popular personas, Cactus Jack.

"Cactus Dude Mike and Mankindhausen 😃," the star posted.

Danhausen hints at collaboration with popular AEW star

The 34-year-old was recently spotted with another popular AEW star, Toni Storm, who has been on a hiatus from the company. He also hinted at potentially teaming up with her in the future.

The former AEW Women’s World Champion was last seen in August at All In, the same night she dropped her title to Mariah May. She has not shown signs of wanting to return to the company and has even hinted at her potential retirement.

On X/Twitter, Danhausen posted a picture he took with Toni Storm from a recent convention. The photo showed off both their unique gimmicks, as it was in black and white, with the red from his outfit and face paint. He seemingly hinted at a collaboration between them and even mentioned their possible team name.

"Very Timeless, Very Evil 🦷👠" he wrote.

It has been nearly a year since Danhausen last appeared in AEW, and it remains unclear when he'll officially return.
