An AEW star spoke highly of Darby Allin in a recent post on social media. The star, who is a veteran with decades of experience behind him, is Dustin Rhodes.

The reigning ROH World Tag Team Champion has been one of the top veterans in the promotion. Despite being 55-years-old, he is often involved in lengthy and physical matches. He recently retained his tag titles alongside Sammy Guevara against The Righteous in a brutal Double Bullrope match.

Darby Allin has been known as a daredevil in AEW. He is prominent for being involved in numerous risk-taking spots throughout his AEW stint. His recent match on Dynamite against Will Ospreay was highly praised by fans.

Dustin Rhodes recently took to X/Twitter and claimed that he wanted to repeat all the breathtaking spots that Darby performs. He also boldly stated that the former TNT Champion was the 'man.'

"Everything that @DarbyAllin does, I wanna do. Problem is, my body says absolutely not!!! Darby is the man and the NOW!!" he wrote.

Vince Russo lambasted AEW's Darby Allin

The Relentless Star has taken ridiculous bumps through the last year. One of the most menacing spots he did was during Sting's retirement match, where he performed an outrageous move from a ladder on to glass.

While speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo criticized the former TNT Champion for risking his life every now and then and warned the latter to tone down the dangerous spots.

"I have said this all along with Darby Allin. From what I think, the guy's jumping off of bridges, the guy's getting hit by cars, the guy is jumping on glass tables. Okay, bro, till what? Eventually, you die? Then what, Darby? You can't dial it back. You can't dial it back when you are dead, bro. It's too late," he said.
