Disco Inferno made a serious claim about a top AEW name. This personality worked for WWE for several years.
Jennifer Pepperman worked for WWE for seven years as a senior writer and producer. During her time with the Stamford-based promotion, she focused mainly on women's storylines and was known for working closely with Sasha Banks (now known as Mercedes Mone).
After spending several years with WWE, she left the company and joined AEW earlier this year, where she currently works as Vice President of Content Development. She has also been enjoying her role in AEW as it offered her the chance to continue her working relationship with Mercedes Mone.
While she is not involved in booking the women's division, she has been contributing to various segments and even received praise for her work on the Mone-Britt Baker feud. However, Disco Inferno made some serious allegations about her.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Speaking on the Keepin' It 100 Official podcast, Disco Inferno claimed Jennifer Pepperman had a lot of issues with HR and mistreated a lot of the other girls on the roster during her time in WWE.
"I will tell you this: I have a source, and when she was hired, my source told me she is the worst and literally a lot of issues with HR, and then her treatment of other girls on the roster back in WWE, all right? And my sources are usually ironclad, okay. So, that's all I'm going to say about that." [7:00 - 7:26]
Eric Bischoff once urged AEW President Tony Khan to hand over creative control to Jennifer Pepperman
Jennifer Pepperman has had a lot of experience on the creative side of things in the business. She was a writer for WWE and was responsible for some of the women's storylines at the time. Even in AEW, she has helped out in different segments, showcasing her ability to run and even improve the creative system in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
Speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff once said that Tony Khan needed to hand over creative control to Jennifer Pepperman.
"It's just a matter of time before Tony is going to have to make a change. He's got unlimited financial resources. That's a big part of it. But he's got the human resources right there under his nose — Jen Pepperman."
It will be interesting to see if Tony Khan will eventually listen to Eric Bischoff and allow Pepperman to handle the creative side of things.
