'Discount Randy Orton' - Fans spot similarities between the WWE legend and AEW star with new look

Fans compared an AEW star and Randy Orton after the young star altered his look recently. The star being discussed is Kyle Fletcher. The Viper had a unique look during the early days of his career. Many fans felt that the iconic tattoos and short hair made him look like a million bucks.

The Protostar recently turned heel and betrayed his friend Will Ospreay a couple of weeks ago. He has been a part of the Don Callis Family for a long time now. For a long time in his career, he has been wearing full-length pants while competing in the ring. He also had long hair but has recently cut his hair short after turning heel.

On a recent edition of Collision, he wore short tights, which completely changed his look. He had an incredible match against AEW's highflyer, Komander. It seems like he is destined for a huge push and will face Will Ospreay in the future.

After his match with Komander, many fans compared his current look to a young Randy Orton due to his slightly similar hairstyle, attire, and tattoos. While many found the resemblance uncanny, a few couldn't make out what was similar between the two stars. Others noted that while the looks may have been similar, there was a vast gulf in the talent level between the two stars.

Disco Inferno believes Kyle Fletcher should've been humiliated on AEW TV

The Protostar recently shaved his head as he didn't want to look like Will Ospreay. A WCW veteran believed that the angle could have been made more interesting if there would have been more effort taken by those involved.

While speaking with Keeping it 100 OFFICIAL, Disco Inferno suggested that the faction should have attacked The Aerial Assassin and after retaliating, Ospreay should have shaved his head in return.

"The gimmick should've been, alright, Ospreay, he says we look alike or whatever okay? So they do a gimmick where now Ospreay comes to TV next week, they beat him down, they pull the hair clippers out, 'We're going to shave your head because we don't want you to look anything like Kyle Fletcher.' Ospreay fights back, grabs the clippers and shaves Kyle Fletcher's head," he said.

It will be interesting to see if Kyle Fletcher can achieve success in AEW in his new heel persona.
