AEW star Dustin Rhodes had an unforgettable night at Wrestle Dynasty 2025. The Natural teamed up with Sammy Guevara to successfully defend the ROH World Tag Team Title against House of Torture (SHO and Yoshinobu Kanemaru).

After securing a huge win at the NJPW X All Elite Wrestling pay-per-view, the 55-year-old star took to X/Twitter to send a message to the Japanese audience. The AEW original thanked the fans in Tokyo for showing immense support towards The Sons of Texas.

The Natural expressed how surreal it was for him to step into the Tokyo Dome at this stage of his career. The veteran also mentioned that he last competed in the iconic arena in 1992, alongside his father Dusty Rhodes.

“Thank you Tokyo Japan! Thank you @TokyoDomeEvents. Very surreal stepping back in to the Dome. Last time was 92 when my father and I wrestled together. Thank you @njpwglobal @njpw1972. Thank you @ringofhonor and @AEW #WrestleDynasty,” wrote Dustin Rhodes.

The former WWE star also tagged the social media accounts of NJPW, ROH, and All Elite Wrestling, appreciating their collaborative effort that brought him to the Tokyo Dome yet again.

The Natural's appearance at Wrestle Dynasty comes days after he signed a new contract with the Tony Khan-led company.

Dustin Rhodes' latest adventure in the Tokyo Dome was quite memorable. After a successful title defense in a non-ROH promotion, The Sons of Texas has now cemented its reign as the ROH World Tag Team Champions.
