AEW is home to several top stars with massive followings, some of who have performed on the biggest stages in the industry. The company itself is widely viewed as the number two promotion, with thousands of eyes on the product each week. Despite the exposure, criticism continues over how many All Elite wrestlers come off on television, and now Dutch Mantell is weighing in with his unique expertise.

Eric Bischoff is a known critic of Tony Khan and his All Elite Wrestling product. The WWE Hall of Famer recently blasted The Death Riders for violating a major TV rule, and often he uses his 83 Weeks platform to critique the All Elite product, while also giving some praise when he feels it is deserved. The former nWo member has appeared for AEW in the past but recently began working on WWE TV again.

Eazy E recently took shots at Kyle O'Reilly's appearance and performance following his AEW Dynamite promo segment with Adam Cole on November 20. On the latest episode of the Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the former Zeb Colter was asked about Bischoff's take on O'Reilly, and what he thought of the segment. Dutch agreed with Eric, but took things a step further, and offered a bit of advice to Khan and his team.

"First off all, Eric Bischoff says he looks like a guy mopping the floor at a convenience store. I don't believe that, I don't think he's dressed that well to even mop a floor, but guys you're on TV, this is your marquee show, at least dress up just a little bit. You guys look like you're d**n cutting grass outside, or working on the car, or doing something, all of them. So, what is the deal that you can't dress up a little bit? And I'm gonna say. I don't know if Tony's doing this or not, but whoever is in charge of this, tell the guys, 'Don't go to the ring in your t-shirt, don't go to the ring in a pair of just blue jeans!,'" Dutch Mantell said.

Dutch Mantell continued:

"I mean, blue jeans are Okay, if it's got a nice shirt with it, and it's straightened up, but they look like they're just off the street, because when I think of wrestlers, I like to think that they got Cadillacs, and they got this, and they got this, and they got boats, and all this stuff. [laughs] looks like he's. really like they're just on the street, looks like they're d**n near homeless. So, if you're going out in front of people, at least dress the part just a little bit," Dutch Mantell said. [From 01:18:35 to 01:20:08]

O'Reilly and his faction recently returned to ROH after failing to dethrone The Undisputed Kingdom in July at Death Before Dishonor. The recent ROH TV episode saw The Conglomeration's O'Reilly, Mark Briscoe, and Rocky Romero defeat Pat Buck and The Grizzled Young Veterans.

Kyle O'Reilly set for big AEW Dynamite match

Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole are set to face off in their first-ever AEW singles match. The longtime friends and foes will do battle next Wednesday at the Winter Is Coming Dynamite.

The winner of Cole vs. O'Reilly will advance to AEW Worlds End to face MJF for his Dynamite Diamond Ring. MJF has held the ring for five years due to his Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal victories, but last week's 2024 edition of the match was won by Cole and O'Reilly, setting up the Winter Is Coming bout.

O'Reilly recently defeated Cole in a race to three wins, which earned him the AEW Full Gear match against MJF. The Wolf of Wrestling won the match in just under fourteen minutes by submission.
