“Ended much worse for me” - Renee Paquette makes huge claim against meeting AEW stars

AEW personality Renee Paquette disclosed that things didn't look good for her when she sat down to an interview with two AEW names. The stars being discussed are RJ City and Darby Allin.

The Relentless star has been one of the rising talents of AEW. He is known for his risk-taking abilities. He is currently feuding with Jon Moxley and his faction, as the latter is trying to take over the Jacksonville-based promotion. He recently sat down for a unique interview with the Lunatic Fringe's wife and RJ City.

Recently, AEW announced a new YouTube series, Meal and a Match, in which Renee Paquette and RJ City interview the star while eating food. The first episode aired on May 2024, with Eddie Kingston as the first guest. The show recently returned, with the former TNT Champion as the second guest.

Recently, AEW's Twitter uploaded a picture from the series where Darby is handing a bag to RJ City, who is blindfolded, which seems like a challenge. Responding to the picture, the AEW interviewer revealed that the task ended worse for her.

"Just know this ended much worse for me, than for RJ," she wrote.

Renee Paquette smashes a bottle on RJ City's head

Renee Paquette and RJ City have been a great duo who are heavily featured on non-AEW TV programs. The duo hosts zero-hour shows ahead of pay-per-views and conducts different interviews during or after the show.

While filming an advertisement promoting the second Meal and a Match edition, Renee smashed the bottle on City's head after an argument. Later, she hilariously claimed that hitting the bottle on his head was in her AEW deal.

"Smashing @RJCity1 with a beer bottle was in my contract,'' she wrote.

It will be interesting to see what is in store for the new episode featuring Darby Allin.
