Roman Reigns' feud with Solo Sikoa Bloodline came to an end on RAW's debut on Netflix. However, witnessing previous events of the feud, a WWE legend believed that he could be involved in a feud with a former AEW star on the road to WrestleMania.
This was WWE legend Matt Hardy who suggested that CM Punk could soon get entangled in the Bloodline business again. The Best in the World is coming off one of the biggest wins in his career. Punk battled his arch-nemises, Seth "Freakin" Rollins, in a dream showdown at RAW's premiere on Netflix in Los Angeles and emerged victorious over The Visionary.
After his high-profile win, former AEW star Matt Hardy gave his take on Punk's future in WWE. During the latest episode of his podcast The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, he believed that there were a lot of directions possible and big names that can have a storyline with CM Punk.
Moreover, Hardy also believed that a program with Roman Reigns could also be on the cards in the near future. His opinion came after witnessing Punk's involvement with The OG Bloodline at the 2024 WWE Survivor Series Premium Live Event. He also noted the favor Paul Heyman owed him for helping them in the WarGames match against Solo Sikoa's New Bloodline.

"There is a lot of places Punk can go and you know, there are a lot of big names that he can end up doing things with, I mean. As far as where he goes, I mean, it's hard to think that after he made that deal and he was with The Bloodline and Paul Heyman made the side deal with him, it's hard to think that he isn't going to be doing something with Roman in the near future." What's next for CM Punk in WWE?
CM Punk seemingly dropped a major hint at his future plans in WWE following his victory over Seth Rollins in the first main event of RAW on Netflix. The Voice of the Voiceless name-dropped both world champions Cody Rhodes and Gunther in the post-match interview, hinting at going after the world titles.
Punk has been quite vocal about once again becoming a world champion ever since he came back to WWE. Moreover, a previous report in November hinted that he could be involved in a feud for the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.
With Punk leaving Rollins in his rearview after their spectacular in-ring showdown, it will be interesting to see if he does get involved in a high-profile feud with Roman Reigns or go in a different direction as The Road to WrestleMania 41 draws near.
