Ex-WWE star spotted at AEW Worlds End shares cryptic post: "Allow me to reintroduce myself"

A former WWE star who was spotted at AEW Worlds End has shared a cryptic post saying that he wanted to reintroduce himself. This could potentially be a clue for what is to come next for AJ Francis, aka Top Dolla.

Worlds End was a great show to end the year for Tony Khan and it ticked all the boxes. There were great matches and some great returns with Kenny Omega and Adam Copeland making their presence felt after a long time.

On top of that, TNA star AJ Francis was also present at the show, reportedly as a one-day talent. He even shared a post on X/Twitter thanking Tony Khan for making it happen. He has now once again taken to social media to issue a cryptic message.

Posting a video where he spoke about his upcoming match against Ryan Davidson at Reality of Wrestling’s Breakout show, he wrote:

“'What’s Next for A.J. FRANCI$?' You heard it here first… 💰”

Top Dolla wants to fight WWE star AJ Styles

Top Dolla, whose real name is AJ Francis, was let go by WWE a second time in 2023. Since then, he has been performing on the independent scene for various wrestling promotions, including TNA.

He has now opened up and said that if he goes back to WWE, he would like to fight AJ Styles for the rights to the name. Speaking to Wrestleholics, he said:

"So, there’s a lot of things that could be really cool when I go back. I would love to fight AJ Styles for the right to be named AJ. I would love that. There’s a million things that I could do, but at the end of the day, until they make the call."

That is an interesting take and it will be interesting to see whether or not that comes to take place. If it does happen, AJ Styles will no doubt be more than happy to take on the TNA star.
