Recently at Final Battle 2024, AEW star Chris Jericho put his ROH World Championship on the line against Matt Cardona. Y2J won the match and retained his title by pinning the former Zack Ryder.
Interestingly after this match, The Learning Tree's Big Bill and Bryan Keith brutally attacked Cardona. It appeared like the duo was planning to give The Indy God a vicious beating. However, AEW star Bandido unexpectedly showed up and fended Bill and Keith off.
The 29-year-old had been out of action due to injury since June 2023. His return was supposed to be a huge moment during the show. However, people in the arena were not too enthusiastic. Furthermore, he landed awkwardly while delivering a dropkick to Jericho. Fans are deeply concerned about him as many of them believe that the returning AEW star just got injured on his first night back.
