Former AEW star and champion Penta has made his much-anticipated WWE debut on the latest episode of Monday Night RAW. Another former All Elite television personality, Jose The Assistant, has reacted to the fearless luchador officially arriving at the Stamford-based promotion.
Last year, rumors started making the rounds that The Lucha Brothers were on their way out of AEW and possibly WWE-bound. Although the Tony Khan-led promotion has since added injury time to Rey Fenix's deal to retain his services, Penta El Zero Miedo's contract with the company expired in late 2024.
Shortly afterward, WWE began airing vignettes seemingly hinting at the former AEW World Tag Team Champion's imminent arrival, eventually dropping a major tease on the Netflix premiere of RAW. On the January 13 episode of the Monday-night flagship show, Penta made his explosive debut in the sports entertainment juggernaut against Chad Gable, whom he defeated in singles competition.
The masked luchador has now received a congratulatory message from former All Elite Wrestling personality Jose The Assistant, who took to X/Twitter to post:
"I am SO SO incredibly happy and proud for my friend. Representation matters. [Mexican flag emoji]0M Listen to the fans! !! [multiple clap emojis]."
