The CEO issued an open challenge for the special episode of Dynamite but added a unique stipulation. She mentioned that despite this being an open challenge, everyone except Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D could accept it.
Tonight, during a backstage interview with Lexy Nair, Nyla Rose officially accepted the open challenge. This would be her first time challenging for the TBS title. Moments later, a graphic for the match flashed on-screen, making this official.

Nyla is the second AEW Women's Champion. After falling short to Riho to become the inaugural champion in October 2019, she captured the title a few months later on February 12, 2020. Although she has not had a major title run ever since, she has cemented herself as one of the top stars in the promotion's history, with 60 singles wins on her belt.
However, Mercedes Moné has been on a hot run since her in-ring debut on the promotion, and it doesn't seem like she'll slow down anytime soon.

Growing up, Enzo admired former world champions like AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, Bryan Danielson, Triple H, and Randy Orton for their finishing moves. As an adult, he started to appreciate their character work, as they juggled between heel and babyface gimmicks.
If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
