AEW Commentator Tony Schiavone has been dealing with criticism ever since expressing his hatred towards Mariah May on last night's Dynamite. May won the women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
After winning the tournament and a title shot for the AEW Women's World Championship against her best friend Toni Storm, Mariah May shockingly turned on Storm to close out last week's show. At Dynamite 250, Mariah came out to explain her actions and during the segment, Tony Schiavone started to say some controversial things about the star on commentary before being stopped by Excalibur and Taz.

Bully Ray heavily praised Mariah May and Toni Storm's segment from last week's AEW Dynamite
Mariah May successfully defeated Willow Nightingale to win the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. She was joined by her mentor Toni Storm and the duo celebrated before May showed her true colors and took out Storm with the championship. The star is set to challenge Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship at All In.
Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray praised the segment and stated that he had forgotten the match as the aftermath was incredibly executed. The veteran further sent a message to the haters of All Elite Wrestling.
''I gotta tell you. I almost have [sic] forgotten about the match already because the aftermath was so da** good. To all the haters out there, go f**k yourselves because I'm putting it over strong. Because when AEW gets it right, they really get it right. Tonight, they really got it right."
Toni Storm has done a great job in elevating Mariah May and her challenger. It will be interesting to see if Mariah manages to defeat Storm at the English PPV.
