Two months after departing AEW, a certain former WWE Superstar recently gave a personal update to the fans. The star also hinted at what was next in store for them.
Maria Kanellis began her stint with AEW a few years after her time with WWE. She and her husband Mike Bennett both made the move. However, she has been dealing with some major health issues, and she did not re-sign with AEW after her contract expired on October 31.
On X/Twitter, the former WWE Superstar mentioned her available booking dates for the next few months. She said that she was interested in signings, bookings, commentary, and other opportunities.

One fan replied to her and was happy that she was back on her feet.
"I am so happy the you have recovered and you are out doing things again. Life is good," the fan wrote.
She replied and mentioned how she has been focusing on her family and her recovery. Kanellis also mentioned how this might be what she'll be doing for the next few years, but did not rule out the possibility of things changing.
". I’ve been focusing on family and getting well. And that will probably be my main objective for the next few years. But…" Kanellis wrote.

The former AEW star provided an update on her health recently
A month ago, Maria Kanellis took to social media to update everyone about her current health status.
She revealed that fortunately she was cancer-free and the tumor they discovered was not cancerous. She mentioned how they found out she had pheochromocytoma, which causes problems in several areas of her body, but they were now working to treat this.
"Hello. I wanted to give you guys an update. I know it’s been a little bit. It took a while for the pathology to get back. But I wanted to let you guys know that I am cancer-free. The tumor was not cancerous. We are so incredibly grateful and thankful to be moving into this holiday season cancer-free and to not have that worry. Thank you so much for all of the well wishes and the prayers."
It seems that for now, Kanellis is focused on her recovery, and it'll be her husband who will be the one staying in the business as he is a member of the Undisputed Kingdom. It remains to be seen if there will be an on-screen reunion in the future.
